Our Source of Life

Yavapai County allows for the permitting and drilling of two (2) separate Water Wells, per each of the 5 acre parcels.  In addition, Our community owners are collectively developing a Community Water Storage Tank of 10,000+ Gallons, for an additional water supply; if and when emergency water demands may become necessary.


Currently our Estates and Compounds are in a New Construction phase.  We have NO HOA by design, yet strong CC&R's to protect our land.
