Phase I: Discovery & Design
The creation of your home is a collaboration. Our process is designed to be transparent, predictable, and deeply personal, ensuring your vision is realized with uncompromising quality and peace of mind.
Inquiry
This phase is about translating your inspiration into a clear, tangible blueprint.
Your home building journey starts with you making an inquiry with us, which you can do by requesting a consultation and providing us with some preliminary information about your project. This gives us an understanding of your objectives and helps you to determine whether our services are a good fit for you.
From here, we’ll contact you to let you know whether or not we believe we’re a good fit for your project. If we believe we’re the right builder for you, we’ll do some homework before meeting you for a free face-to-face consultation.
Initial Consultation
Your journey begins with a conversation. We will meet to understand your goals, your lifestyle, and the unique vision you have for your home. We encourage you to share anything that inspires you—from photos and sketches to a simple set of ideas—as it helps us to form a comprehensive picture of your aspirations. We will also discuss the nuances of your chosen site and establish a clear budget, ensuring we can tailor a design that meets both your aesthetic and financial expectations.
Concept Development
This is where the vision comes to life. Following our initial meeting, we formally enter into a services agreement, allowing us to begin a detailed investigation of your site. We will commission a comprehensive site survey to understand its unique contours and characteristics. From this data, our team will craft a bespoke architectural concept, complete with preliminary floor plans, elevations, and a preliminary cost estimate. We will work collaboratively with you to refine this design until it is exactly where it needs to be—a perfect reflection of your vision.
Phase II: The Build - Forging Your Home
With a finalized design in hand, our master craftsmen and certified team begin the meticulous process of bringing your vision to life. This phase is defined by structural integrity, precision, and the physical manifestation of your design.
Laying the Foundation
Our team expertly prepares the site and lays the foundation, whether it is a concrete slab, footings, or another engineered design. This crucial first step provides the perfect platform for your home, with every detail inspected by certified professionals to ensure the highest standards of structural integrity and precision are met.
Framing the Vision
Once the foundation is cured, the steel and/or timber frame is erected. This phase is a dramatic milestone where the bold, structural strength of your home truly takes shape. Engineered for durability and designed for your specific layout, the frame provides the skeleton for your home, which is then thoroughly inspected to ensure it meets our exacting standards.
Enclosing the Space
The structure is now enclosed to create a weatherproof envelope. We install the roof, windows, and exterior cladding, transforming the frame into a protected space. This process not only shields your home from the elements but also brings it closer to its final form, as the unique facade and architecture begin to define its presence on the landscape.
Finishing with Finesse
The focus now shifts to the interior. All internal components are fitted and fixed, from insulation and custom cabinetry to architraves, doors, and stairs. Our skilled team applies the initial coats of paint, preparing the space for its final, luxurious details.
Phase III: Completion & Handover
Artisan Finishes
Our local craftsmen will now complete the interiors and exteriors to your exact specifications. From bespoke lighting and fixtures to meticulous tiling and flooring, this phase is dedicated to the details that transform a house into your home.
Handover
Your new home is complete. Following a final, detailed inspection, we hand over the keys and a comprehensive document package, signifying the successful conclusion of our partnership. The only thing left to do is to begin living in the sanctuary we built together.
